TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipment And Fulfilment

  • Delivery surcharge shall be borne by the customer;
  • Valid prescription is required to be submitted via WHATSAPP for all controlled medication.
  • Customer’s purchase will be delivered by using BIG Pharmacy’s appointed delivery partners;
  • Customer shall remit full payment into the designated bank account of BIG Pharmacy and provide proof of remittance for verification;
  • Goods(s) will be delivered within the same/ next business day of BIG Pharmacy’s operating hours upon receiving of full payment.
  • Expect a slightly delay due to large volume of orders and/or bad weather.
  • Customer is not allowed to change delivery addressed after making payment;
  • Customer will be getting WHATSAPP notification prior to delivery. Customer/ representative of customer shall be available at the delivery address to receive the good(s).
  • Any discrepancy must be notified to the respective outlet immediately.
  • This service is only available at selected BIG pharmacy in Selangor, KL and Johor district only.

 

Payment Mode

  • Customer shall make payment via online transfer/ bank-in to the designated bank account of BIG Pharmacy. Thereafter, send the proof of remittance for verification;
  • BIG Pharmacy does not accept voucher for home delivery purchases.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • All Goods sold are non-refundable;
  • Exchange of good(s) can be made within 7 days of purchase with original receipts. The exchange good(s) must be in original and unopened conditions;
  • Customer shall present the good(s) physically to the purchasing outlet for exchange;
  • Exchange is subject to availability;
  • All refrigerated items, sanitizers, gloves, face mask/ shield, disinfectants related products and thermometer are strictly NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE
